For best Fit:

  • Designed to be a little tight; the grippers need to be snug on your arm
  • Fabric will stretch as you wear and wash
  • Measure your arm from where your wrist meets your palm up to your arm pit
  • Depending on how loose or tight you may want it you can follow the sizing below
  • The sizing below should fit the following arm measurements (3rd bullet)
    • S – 15in. to 17in.
    • M – 16in. to 18in.
    • L – 18in. to 20in.
    • XL – 20in. to 22in
